            tires. We offer technology for recycling of worn tires.

                                           Technological line for recycling of tires

            The offered line for recycling of tires processes tires from  cars, trucks
            and tractors. The input raw material are worn tires with steel and fabrics
            skeletons. Tires of diameter up to 1 600 mm can be processed directly. The
            output is a rubber granulation product of various fractions. The production of
            granulate is based on gradual mechanical division of tires at ambient temperature
            while simultaneously separating steel and fabric contained in the tires.
            We offer the recycling technology in two versions.
